Sun Haven Patch 3.0

The Great City Region:

• Added the ability to unlock the Great City

• The Quest to unlock the Great City becomes available after completing the Sun Haven region questline

• Saves that have already completed the Sun Haven region questline will unlock the Great City immediately

The Great City Questline

• Help stop the thief who has been stealing artifacts from the Great City

• Face a new boss, find anomalies, and get the stores of the Great City back up and running

The Great City

• Added Great City NPCs with unique dialogue

• Added Great City Bulletin Board with dozens of unique quests

• Added Great City Town Map

• Added new Great City food recipes

• Added Great City crafting recipes

• Added unique Great City fish with new cooking recipes

• Travel around the Great City, using Teleporters

The Great City Hotel

• While assisting on the case of the missing artifacts, you will unlock a new hotel room

• This room can be decorated with furniture and slept in during the questline and will remain unlocked permanently after you complete the questline

• Added Great City Blacksmith (The Great Smithery) that sells new armor sets for both mages and warriors, and new Legendary Weapons

• Added Great City Clothing Store (The Finest Threads) that sells new clothing

• Added Great City Flower Store (The Great Boutique) that sells flora furniture and a new universally loved item, bouquets

New Romanceable Characters:

• New romanceable characters: Elyssia and Thorian

• Elyssia and Thorian are not able to be romanced until after the Great City storyline has been completed

Elyssia

The only Chrono Mage to ever exist, she uses her powers of time to assist in investigating mysteries in the Great City as a detective

Thorian

A long-time member of the Order of Curators and a specialist in artifacts, he is called upon as a prestigious Professor to assist in their research and upkeep

Updates to All Romanceable Characters:

• Updated their giftable items to include unique responses to some Great City items

New Craftable Items:

• Added stronger, more magic-themed and farming-themed Great Swords and Hammers

• Potato Hammer

• Lightning Hammer

• Ghostly Great Sword

• Pepper Great Sword

Great City Crafting Update

• Added 3 new fences and gates themed after the Great City

• Added a new, craftable, Great City Selling Portal (only unlocked after reaching the Great City)

• Added a new, craftable, Great City Mailbox (only unlocked after reaching the Great City)

Founders Plaque:

• Added an addition to the outskirts of Sun Haven, a new hidden forest containing the Founders Plaque

• The Founders Plaque was a part of our Backer Rewards. Those who supported us during our crowdfunding phase have their names listed with the utmost appreciation on the Founder Plaque

Misc:

• Adjusted fainting and passing out to no longer cost money when passing out inside your home only. If you pass out on your farm or anywhere else in the world, you will once again be charged a medical rescue fee

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing NPCs not to load when starting a cutscene, resulting in the game freezing

• Bunny Wallpaper Recipe will now output Bunny Wallpaper and not Blue Striped Wallpaper

• Purple Fluffy Tiled Flooring and the Purple Scale Flooring no longer have the wrong icons

• Fixed an issue causing romanceable character portraits to disappear after gifting characters their wedding rings

• Fixed an issue causing the Secret Santa quests for the Winter Festival not to complete as intended

• Fixed an issue with the Astral DLC Mail causing it to drop all the Astral DLC items at once, and not drop the Astral Chest as intended

We are excited to announce that 6 new DLC packs will be available on Steam and in the in-game store with Patch 3.0! All Sun Haven DLCs go toward supporting the studio and will be optional, extra cosmetic content only, and will never contain exclusive story content.

The Elyssia's Timeless Styles Pack includes 10 furniture items, 43 clothing items, 6 wigs, 1 plushie, and 1 pet. Have you ever wanted to live just like your favorite Chrono Mage, Elyssia? Then this is the pack for you!

The Thorian's Historical Collection Pack includes 12 furniture items, 28 clothing items, 4 wigs, 1 plushie, and 1 pet. Have you ever wanted to live just like your favorite Professor, Thorian? Then this is the pack for you!

The Gearwork Glamour Pack includes 10 furniture items, 25 clothing items, 1 mount, and 2 pets. If you want to live in a futuristic steampunk world, then this is the pack for you!

The Día de Delights Pack includes 6 clothing items, 1 wig, 1 mount, and 1 pet. If you want to give thanks to your ancestors and cherish both life and death, this pack is for you!

The Garden Party Pack includes 6 furniture items, 7 clothing items, 4 Wigs, and 1 pet. If you want to host your very own garden party, then this is the pack for you!

This Cozy Cottage Pack includes 8 clothing items, 4 wigs, and 1 mount. If you want to live among nature, then this is the pack for you!

Steampunk or full nature, either way, I am the most fashionable farmer in town. We hope you enjoy exploring the Great City and helping its citizens with their many mysteries along the way.

This is one of our largest patches ever; the team has been working on it for multiple years behind the scenes, Sun Haven 3.0: The Great City the second-largest storyline in the entire game, and adding a new region is no small task! Looking forward, with the addition of the Great City, this is likely our last new region coming to Sun Haven as one of the last major updates for Sun Haven.

Our focus right now is on keeping Sun Haven as stable as possible as we aim to port Sun Haven to more consoles, including Xbox and PlayStation, and bring this patch to Nintendo Switch! Don’t worry, adventurers, there is still more coming for our beloved game, but you can expect a bit smaller content patches moving forward.
