It’s been a minute or two since we checked in. In fact, it’s a whole new season now! How was your Spooky Month?? Tell me about it below!
This update comes to you on the verge of a BIG patch update, which you can expect coming soon. But that’s not the only big thing happening.
Our Dev Managers have been working hard to make a general road map that we can release publicly. That way, our beloved supporters (you!) can have a good idea of what’s in store for Sun Haven’s future up to the 1.0 release.
I have been appointed the task - nay, the privilege - to release our beautiful, chromatic roadmap to you fine folks. Seriously, our artists made it pretty. Check it out below! As you can see, this upcoming patch is the Nel’Vari Update.
So, that’s a lot to take in! I would be remiss not to note that this is not final and subject to possible change.
I’ll say that a few of those upcoming patches have some juicy content. Personally, I’m really looking forward to the fully revamped main quest line but maybe I’m biased. There are also various events on the approaching horizon. These will be festival-style celebrations for you to enjoy with your neighbors in Sun Haven and beyond!
Oh, and for the console players out there carving notches in their walls as the days pass - you can expect Sun Haven’s release on Switch with the 1.0 release!
But what’s this? Even more big news???
That’s right, I’m talking about the second half of this post’s title! Our wonderful Player Communications Specialist Katelyn put in the time and effort to revamp the heck out of our website. In my opinion, it’s a major improvement from the previous website design which, also in my opinion, was still pretty good.
Check out the slick new website here. Also, if you click the “Jobs” link at the top you’ll notice that there are several positions available at our studio!
That’s right folks, Pixel Sprout Studios is hiring! Anybody who is interested should feel heavily encouraged to apply on our website. We’re excited to meet you!
All right, I’m checking my notes but I think I’m all out of big news for today. Thanks for tuning into this update! Now to all of you in the Northern Hemisphere, I grant this autumnal blessing - may your socks be ever warm and your mugs overflowing with cinnamon and pumpkin spice. And for you Southern Hemisphere folks - get outside and enjoy the last few weeks of Spring! Just be sure you take regular breaks to play Sun Haven. You don’t want too much fresh air.
